Marshmallow update now available for Infinix note 2

To all Infinix note 2 users I know this is what you all have been waiting for the almighty Marshmallow update on your infinix note 2. The roll out began yesterday, and its still been roll out via OTA. But if you can’t wait for the Android Marshmallow rollout, you can simply follow the procedures published @infinix xclub.
As announced on the Infinix X Club forums, for those that can’t wait for the OTA update, they can download the file and flash. The software is based on the Infinix XUI software, with version number 1.N.3.0 – this takes your phone from Lollipop to Marshmallow. Below are screenshots and the change-log:


Update Highlights:
Device will upgrade to android Marshmallow  XUI upgraded to 1.N.3.0
XACCOUNT registration added to startup guide.
Screen Record upgraded to V1.0; record toggle added to notification bar.
Fixed issue where front camera cannot be accessed by non-system apps.
Fixed one-hand mode malfunction
Removed pin number notification from pull down bar when Mobile Anti-Theft is activated.
Fixed button overlap with “Just once – Always” and “Home- Back”.
Battery percentage added to pull down bar.
Added quick wallpaper swap for enhanced customization.Long press the Idle interface, select a key switch wallpaper from the widget.
Optimized system stability and performance while fixing other issues.
