Infinix pushes out OTA update to Android Marshmallow 0202 (testing) for the Infinix Hot 2 X510

One thing I love about Infinixmobility was that they do always listening to their fans complains.

Following the several complaints of Infinix Hot 2 users after updating their device to Android Marshmallow Infinix has taken action to pushed out a full OTA update for the Infinix Hot 2 X510 to Android 6 (Marshmallow) 0202. From what we can tell so far, its a test run so do not expect it to be perfect.

If you have rooted your own hot 2 before you install the Android M 0202 OTA update for Infinix Hot 2 X510, you need to unroot your phone.

How to update Infinix Hot 2 X510 to Android M 0202 OTA update

After unrooting, navigate to Settings > About > System Update. Search for, download and install the OTA update. Its about 836 MB as shown in the picture below.

If your own hot 2 display : your device is up to date, don't be panic the update will soon land on your phone.
