I wonder why Etisalat shut down Proxy Servers like facebook.com, instagram.com, twitter.com

You can use them without Host Address under More Option in your Sypon Shield as shown above and also for ProNET or Psiphon Handler.
Real Proxy Type: You can change it to Inject, if HTTP not respond.

In More Option, unmarked " Use the following settings:" as it's show in the screenshot below.
